Research Area
1.Interface Materials and Transducer Design

(for detection of mechanical forces, bio-electrical signals, gas molecules, ions, and bio-markers)

2.Transistor Devices and Macro/Micro Integration

(organic and oxide thin-film transistors, long/short term memories, organic/inorganic heterogeneous integration, hybrid circuit design for sensor and display signal processing)

3.Active Matrix Backplane and Integration

(AMOLED/micro-LED/mini-LED displays, e-paper; mechanical force, finger print, touch interaction, digital fluids)

4.New Integration Architectures and System Implementation

(compensation for AMOLED displays, weak signal sensing, wearable body sensor network, recognition and classification algorithms in hardware, near-sensor computing, bio-inspired computing/memory in sensor array)
